New Skrabl organ for Our Lady of Victories, Kensington

Skrabl is to build a new organ for Our Lady of Victories in Kensington, London.

The new instrument for this magnificent Roman Catholic church will have 51 stops over 4 manuals and a specification inspired by the French symphonic tradition. The work is due to be completed by the end of 2019 and is eagerly anticipated.

The final specification will be a carefully devised French specification based largely on the work of Cavaille Coll.  The specification is currently under development and will not be revealed until it is fully devised.

Messrs Skrabl have acknowledged experience in the interpretation of 19th Century French organ building.  They are currently building a huge 109 stop organ for the Katowice Radio Symphony Concert Hall,  again an organ built on the work of Cavaille Coll.  It is an all new organ with many of the characteristics the sounds, the actions  and pressures that define this celebrated builder.”
