Stunning organ concert by Timothy Macklin and David Bednall
An online concert given by two organists on the top of their form marked the third event in the 2022 Grand Organ Inauguration Festival at Our Lady of Victories, Kensington, London.
The recitalists were Timothy Macklin, the church's Director of Music and Organist, and David Bednall, who assisted Timothy in the design of the new Skrabl instrument.
Both concerts, which brilliantly explore the colours of the organ, may be found on the Grand Organ page of the church's website.
Timothy's, in which Marie Macklin sings the chorales on which the Bach preludes are based, is given below.
